
When it comes to health and fitness, it's important to focus on both. Mind and body go together, each supporting the other, and the JCC offers a wide variety of classes to improve strength, stamina, health and resilience. Our offerings include pilates, yoga, MELT™, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique and more.
Our registered mind/body classes are conducted in small groups in an intimate environment, and provide a sequential experience for participants to improve and learn new skills. JCC
drop-in weekly Mind/Body classes are free for members, and pay–as–you–go with the purchase of a class pass for community, pool and nonmembers.

The Center Studio, a premier authentic Pilates studio located on the Mezzanine level of the JCC. The Center Studio, which offers private and semi-private instruction to both members and nonmembers, is a valuable complement to the JCC's group Pilates classes.
