Yoga for Bone Health + Osteoporosis
This class is designed for anyone 35 and older interested in maintaining bone health and avoiding osteopenia and osteoporosis. Cathy Lilly, E–RYT500, will take students through Dr. Loren Fishman's recommended protocols from his 8+ year-old "Yoga vs. Osteoporosis" clinical research. A number of study participants doing selected yoga poses have had improved scores in their second year DEXA scans. Cathy has been credited as instrumental in this progress though her teachings at Dr. Fishman's medical office. Limited to 12. (more)REGISTER
